Sunheart Victorian Ruch Skirt A new design of an updated Victorian or Edwardian ruched skirt but shows off a little ankle-something you would not do in Victorian times. I've added it to our collection this year and comes in nine evocative colors. This can be worn in lots of different looks; sophisticated casual bohemian, steam-punk, goth, lagenlook, country western, Edwardian or Victorian.
