Custom made to order, this mermaid skirt is absolutely perfect.

Twirly and very fun, the back has an elastic that gives a little room for growth.

Length is ment to be above knee, but as always it can be customized to any lenght.

Standard measurements will be used unless you prefer to send me measurements which would be great.
